Wixom, MI – 03/04/2025– Sterling Technologies Inc., a premier manufacturer of wire harnesses and control boxes, has been acquired by Khartech Innovations, LLC from the Stratford-Cambridge Group. Sterling Technologies Inc., with its sister company CYFAH, LLC dba Woodrow, a leading industrial print, design, and assembly company, offer full assembly controls and HMI offerings for various markets.

The acquisition was finalized on December 31, 2024, marking a significant milestone for all companies involved. This partnership strengthens the ability to deliver complete control box solutions while reducing the number of vendors that original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) need to manage.
